Magnum communicated well. Was responsive of all my questions. Knowledgeable friendly professional and timely. The work was completed timely as promised.
The employees at Magnum are top notch. They explained the process to me before hand, they were on time to start the job and they cleaned up the site of any debris at the end of the roofing job. I appreciate the way they cared for my pots and plants. I didn't see any tacks in the yard in the days to follow after the job was complete. It was truly a great experience to work with Magnum. I had an issue with my roof recently. It was a minor problem but Magnum came out, identified the problem and presented a solution and estimate. They came out later in the week and resolved my problem. They were professional, timely and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.
