I have called over and over with no answer or returns to messages. I’m unfortunately caught between this business and an individual I purchased a boat from and can not get a title to the boat. Apparently this business has a dispute with the person we bought from and has put me in the middle. This has been going on since May with no resolve. Unfortunately I live in NC and it isn’t a quick trip.

First off this is the Best Dealer on the lake. Caroline and Tim go above and beyond to make our experience with buying a boat the best. I will and have recommend anyone looking to buy a boat to go to them before you go to any other dealers. Chaparral which is one of the brands they sale is the best on the market from the design to the interior to exteriorWhether it's a Jet Propulsion or Stern Drive you can't beat it. Love Magnum and you will too.
We had a great experience dealing with Caroline and getting our boat up for sale when we had little time to do it ourselves. She answered all our questions and although we were having a difficult time, she made it easier to handle. I would highly recommend Magnum for any boating needs. Great experience during the purchase of a boat and trailer. But the struggle of still trying to receive a trailer title 2.5 years later plus them NEVER answering their office phone makes for annoying/awful customer service.
