Magnum Motors has provided excellent service for me. I didn’t have to bother anyone to pick me up, or take me back to pick up my car, they took care of it. 😊
I made an appointment for my car last week, and had something come up and had to reschedule. Curt was great about letting me change my appointment. When I was able to bring it in to be serviced I was scheduled to work, and the guys at Magnum offered me a safe ride back to my job so I wouldn’t have to take time off. They did my testing, found a problem, called me to advise that the cost was going to go slightly above my budget and asked permission before ordering the part and completing the repair. I live out of town and I stopped in to see if they could replace my battery..they got me right in so I didn't have to make an appointment .much appreciated.
This shop dropped everything they were already doing to get my kid home for Christmas. Their Subaru Forester blew the radiator in transit from Colorado Springs to Chicago and we all were in panic mode until Magnum bailed us out. A Christmas miracle to say the least!!! Got them back on the road in hours instead of days... This after two other shops turned them away!!! Not to mention they charged less than the original quote by a couple hundred bucks. My 1998.5 Dodge Ram Cummins had steering issues so I took it to Magnum for an alignment. They said they alignment issues were caused by a worn pitman arm, worn idler arms and a broken front coil suspension spring. They took the extra time and effort to order the correct replacement parts and ensure that the job was done right. It took some time to do the repairs but my old pickup drives like new again, all for a fair price considering the amount of work done I would definitely recommend them
