these people are by far the worst people I've ever had to deal with... my washing machine broke 2 months ago I bought a washer from them they delivered and installed a broken washer I called them and with horrible customer service 2 weeks later another washing machine came and guess what that one was broken too. ordered a new handle for an oven.tech came with the wrong color handle. one week later tech came with wrong handle. we are now waiting another 3 days for the correct handle. Tried to speak with owner but office worker said he is not available.
