Dr Reyes saved me from a dire situation. I had pain and swelling in my tooth area that I thought was a sinus infection. I was hospitalized overnight in the er. I hadn’t slept in 4 days. The pain was horrific. Cat scan showed a failed root canal infection. They said get it pulled right away. I went to my regular dentist and got a referral right after I left the hospital. Even with it and having called about 15 places including city hospitals with dental centers, nobody would take me or had availability. Crying, hopeless and i... read more

Had a wisdom tooth extracted. It wasn't very impacted so i had local anesthesia. Pros: procedure was quick. Dr Reyes was patient and quick and reminded me to stay calm. The wait was a little long (maybe 40 min?) but so few dentists accept medicaid, and those that do have months-long waits, so 40 mins isn't bad. Originally had a 12.15 pm appointment; the assistant called and asked if we can go at 11. We did, but the doctor didn’t see the patient until 12.15 anyway — it was for a tooth extraction, which literally took 15 minutes but had us wait for over an hour. What was the point of calling us and making us go at 11? They think only their time is valuable

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible bedside manner. Did not explain anything to me before, during or after procedure. Did not care whatsoever about my comfort and seemed annoyed with me the entire time. During the procedure he cut into the inside of my cheek, didn't tell me, and just stitched it up like nothing happened and I didn't realize until the numbing agent wore off.
