Same here , i will never go to Urgent care in magnolia, texas again. My sister was brought there just an hour ago and turned away from a bad cut from glass. We called 911 from there and they asked if they helped at all and we said no. All they did was ck it and wrapped it up. They couldnt believe that they couldnt of done the same. Very thankful for the fire dpt of magnolia wrapping up her arm.
I will never go back to this place ever again. I brought my 16 yr old son who was very ill to this place, first time mind you, and was turned away because we arrived at 7:40pm and they close at 8:00pm by the doctor himself!! Even after we called to make sure they would take him! How unprofessional! The place looked rinky dink to begin with. I drove to Woodlands Memorial Hermann 24 hr ER center and received excellent care. They took him in right away and the waiting room was full.
