Amazing service and meticulously detailed job.
From no one answering the phone to a mediocre mani pedi, everything about this place sucks. Jule who did my manicure did not remove dry skin around the cuticles and sent me off without drying my nails. The manicure looked worse than if I did it at home and the pedicure was not a whole lot better.
Wife went there today. Staff did not listen to her and cut her nails when she didn't want them to. Lost all confidence in them and left before her pedicure. My wife's nails are relatively fragile and hard for her to grow, so she is very distraught that they cut them without asking her.
There are many positives at this salon, first of all my technician, Monica, is superb at her job and caring, I give her 10 stars. The place is very clean with pleasant decor, 5 stars. However, there are not so great things. The pedicure chairs are very upright without a give and force your knees to bend quite a bit. This was particularly uncomfortable for me because I am recovering from a back injury, but even if I wasn't, I would like to be able to lean back or have a deeper chair to really relax.
