Update: I received my deposit back as a check in the beginning of October. Absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life. They have been extremely unprofessional, they forfeited my deposit for no reason letting me know via email when I was about to give birth, the salon is closed for “renovations” and I can’t get ahold of them. I decided to go thru BBB to get an answer, I requested for my deposit back and they agreed, but nothing yet. It’s has been 4 MONTHS!!! If I could give -100 stars I would!

Incredible shop with outstanding customer service. Not pretentious at all. Was able to try on some really beautiful dresses and we were graciously granted more time than our allotted appointment to make sure I got to try on everything I wanted. Loved the experience and customer service!
