Acu Sound bath!!! Lovely space, lovely practitioners, comfy, relaxing, unassuming. Highly recommend.
I just experienced my first Vedic Thai Bodywork with Brook Nicole and was amazed. Brook is so patient and understanding and truly wants to help you achieve peace within your mind body and soul. She took the time to speak with me before and after the session and was genuinely interested. Highly recommend, and have already scheduled another session with her!
I've goe here twice now, once for a reiki session with Brooke and it was an experience for sure! Brook is very knowledgeable about and gives a unique experience. I also went for a full body massage with Corinne which I was very happy with. She was also knowledgeable and found little pressure points I could never find on my own using a foam roller. I plan on going back to see both of them also attending some of the meditation and yoga classes offered here.
