Out of all the apartments I have toured in the area, this one stood out because of JaBria. She gave such an incredible tour. She was so attentive, remembered the smallest details about me, was so kind and never made me feel overly pressured to sign a lease. I came in with a list of questions and she hit every single thing without me needing to ask. She wasn't trying to sell me an apartment, she was trying to genuinely help me find my next home. That's not something I have felt anywhere else in Jacksonville!
Office staff is so wonderful and friendly! This is the best apartment complex to live in! Maintenance staff is always so helpful, informative and kind. Complex stays clean and fresh paint on parking spots! I am beyond happy with my stay!
The young ladies in the office are fantastic,very helpful and polite,Lizzette is amazing!!!The maintenance crew is also great.
