I have been a resident of Magnolia Village since May 2024. I absolutely love this facility! This is a very quiet, and quaint environment. We have an awesome management and support team that is very attentive to our our needs, and are beyond wonderful! Every Resident knows, and respects each other. I highly recommend Magnolia Village! Come join us!
We were called out in May of this year 2022 on an emergency call due to a water leak in the ceiling and responded promptly. We performed the work flawlessly and maintenance approved of the repair. However when we provided our pre-approved invoice, we never heard back from them. They refuse to call or answer regarding when they intend to pay their bills. I wonder if they would be so understanding were this a resident refusing to pay them? Buyer beware!
Very nice place one reason I came back as an employee very friendly atmosphere to work in.
