The worse place ever. Rude!
If you are looking for a place for your loved one that you know they will be cared for, Magnolia Village is the place. They have an abundance of attentive staff members. They all have positive attitudes and make us (family members) feel welcome any time of day. My dad is a slow eater and needs assistance most of the time. Sorry this is long. All the staff that on a daily basis provided care for my mom did an excellent job (except for 1 nurse, see below). Mom was in this facility for physical rehab. Some of the physical therapy folks did an excellent job working with her while some seemed put out and bothered by her. When Mom arrived I began staying with her because she did not know where she was, was panicked and due to this had difficulty going to sleep.
