Brandy has been wonderful to work with. She’s always responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns about the apartment, and even after move-in she continues to go above and beyond. Anytime something needs to be fixed or I have a question, she takes care of it right away. I also really love the apartment and the neighborhood—there are so many great restaurants and things to do. Overall, I’m very happy here.
My partner and I have been searching for an apartment that was suitable for our needs so we could be closer to family. Brandy has been not only an outstanding property manager, but she is a huge advocate for her community! I love living here!! We have awesome neighbors/ residents some who have been here, like myself well over a decade! We look out for each other. We are in walking distance to EVERYTHING!!!! 😆😆😆 Our Manager is awesome!! She is honestly one of the hardest workers I know! She also works closely with maintenance, who are also on top of work orders, and anytime there is a problem they work quickly to resolve it peacefully on all sides, which goes a long way. Shout out to the best manager, Brandy! As a vendor, I appreciate how kind, courteous and amazing she is to work with. I have worked with her as a vendor for approximately 20 years. Her constant attention to detail and open communication creates a fantastic work environment. I know that anytime there is a question or concern, I can contact her and we will work it out. Brandy is the best!
Im a vendor for this property, Brandy is a great manager she's easy to work with, she nice not only to me but to all tenants and other vendors. Everytime we go do work there the property is always clean. I would live there my self and recommend this property to everyone.
