The apartments are located in a very quiet neighborhood, nice area to live The management is amazing I love Brandy she’s very friendly and helpful
I’ve been a resident for a year and counting. And me and my daughter love it here. Brandi the landlord is always helpful and if not in the office I know I can send a text message and get a quick response. Very easy to talk too and get ahold of, and the residents/neighbors here have been helpful and so nice since moving here last year. The grounds are always clean. Parking is always easy and maintenance is also easy to get ahold of and things fixed right away.
Brandy has been wonderful to work with. She’s always responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns about the apartment, and even after move-in she continues to go above and beyond. Anytime something needs to be fixed or I have a question, she takes care of it right away. I also really love the apartment and the neighborhood—there are so many great restaurants and things to do. Overall, I’m very happy here.
My partner and I have been searching for an apartment that was suitable for our needs so we could be closer to family. Brandy has been not only an outstanding property manager, but she is a huge advocate for her community! I was privileged to speak with her on the phone about some available apartments, and she made sure all of my questions were easily answered.
