Dr J and staff are always helpful in all my questions and concerns. I am impressed with the intelligent s of the Dr and I love the fact that he stayed in our area because Dr J could be a doctor at any Hospital he wanted.in this county. That is my opinion and I am critical when it comes to Doctors.His bed side manner is informative and done in a great explanation to follow. some doctors chase insurance, Dr J is more about his patients which is how it should be but unfortunately it.s becoming a lost skill. Urgent care but not urgent. Was told they could get me in tomorrow or the next day.
Outstanding care by Dr. William Jacobs MD and Debbie Jacobs Nurse Practitioner. Kind staff. Practical medical treatment .. Monday through Thursday. On Fri and Sat, clinic is open from 9-1 and staffed by wonderful caring competent Nurse Practitioners.
Went in with an infected spider bite, excellent staff and care, doctor took his time and explained things to me, I am from out of country so had to pay cash, I thought the fees were very reasonable.
I was so happy and impressed with Magnolia Urgent Care today. The staff was friendly, professional and thorough. Dr. Jacobs was great! He listened and was quick to offer solutions. I would definitely recommend this facility!
