Don't get me wrong, the workers did a great job on my yard. I love it. Was it a great value? They were definitely more expensive than some of the quotes I got from other companies but I am a firm believer in you pay for what you get. My problem is with the general manager, Kramer Spears, who told me he would give me a spray solution for my new yard for dog urine odors and to keep it clean. That never happened. We found out about Magnolia Turf at the San Antonio Home and Garden Show, where we met Krammer Sears and made an appointment for an estimate. Krammer came took pictures and listened to 3 options that we wanted to get a cost on. Unfortunately, he never got back with the estimate. We have emailed, called, and left messages, and still have not heard back.
