completly bias and selective enforcement is always present. I am currently suing the for Premis liability because they refused to repair my vehicles after their tree fell on them. And now they're attempting to sue me for $9,000 in junk fees(which are illegal in California)
Owner refuses to do anything about the units infested with termites! She doesn’t want to hear that there is anything wrong. It’s sad the neglect this place is going through.
