The space is cute and the boutique was fun to look through, but the service was sub-par. I was excited to check this place out because I drive past all the time, and I needed my hair trimmed up and my brows waxed before my wedding. I very rarely pamper myself, but being a bride and all I figured I'd splurge a little. The ladies are amazing and do a wonderful job. The atmosphere is inviting and relaxing and I always leave feeling refreshed. Personally, Sarah does my nails and she does a wonderful job, I absolutely love her!
Alyssa provided the best experience I have ever had with nails. She is so kind and does an amazing job. The women at the reception desk are always welcoming and the salon is beautiful. I highly recommend this salon.
I went here and I stressed, after deciding to have a stylist do an all over color to my natural color (or close to it), that if they can not match my hair to dye it lighter as opposed to a darker color. It turned out to be MUCH darker. I decided to ask for a refund, which the stylist initially asked the owner to do. The owner said I should pay 37 more dollars for highlights to fix how dark the color was, which I didn’t want to do. I spoke to the owner the next day, today.
