This is a great place to rent a storage unit from. The upgraded gates that open and close using my phone is convenient. I have always gotten a quick response from owner when asking questions. The owner is very professional and kind. The location is great and the rates are even better. Have used other facilities that increase there rates for existing customers but lower cost for new ones. Magnolia Storage has not done that and remains affordable and takes care of their current customers.

Matt is an incredible manager with great customer service! Always available by phone no matter the time. The units are clean and easily accessible. I really enjoy having a unit here to store all my stuff, highly recommend Magnolia Storage they are always very accommodating.

New management; the new owner is extremely helpful and willing to assist in any way possible. The facility is clean and secure with security cameras. Best price for a unit that I have seen in the entire city of Magnolia! Lucky to have found this place and will be doing business here for as long as I can!
