Giving a star less for the caltrain sounds. But Magnolia Square is great. I have been living here since a year I can highly recommend staying at Magnolia. The staff is great, recently I had decided to end my lease and later cancelled to end the lease. The staff went above and beyond to extend my lease even though it had been pre-approved to be leased by someone else. Apart from the staff the houses are great. Don't live here, the Caltrain horn sounds every few minutes and they increase the rent by the maximum allowed by law every year
