Came in and ask if they take new patients as I have custody of 4 grand kids and they said yes and give me 4 folders with a lot of paper work to fill! I worked for 3 hours to collect all the info and called for an aptmnt just to be told they dnt take new patients till May (we in March). I begged her to at least see my 15 months grand son as he was due for vaccines and she couldn’t care less, directing me to the Health Department! I hung up and cried for 15 minutes in disbelief!
