Rented a unit on the 27 of December online. Paid for December and January. Heard nothing. Eventually talked to the owner who was in the hospital with Covid. Told him to get well and get me the key when he got better. When he got better he told me he rented the unit to someone else, and had no idea who I was. Covid Fog. I get it. However, telling me he just cancelled my rental and gave it to someone else, and telling me "There is nothing I can do" is not the way to fix this. Easy access! I can unload all by myself!!! Back the car up, open the door and Unload!!! Yeah!
