Not only was she sweet but shes knowledgeable and actually heard me when I spoke. I too am a stylist. I have lots of baby fine hair that shows every snip if its not cut a certain way. Cindy is the first stylist in quite a while that left not a trace of a mark in my layers. My hair is hard to cut n im usually pretty nervous about it but she even went through the motions to ask if she understood what I was describing before she made a single cut.
