Highly recommend Tori! She is a tell you how it is with no sugar coating but also very professional about it at the same time. She allows you to discover things about yourself that you didn't think you needed to discover. Tori is extremely easy to talk to, get along with and can be very relatable at times. A review does not do the justice of positivity she has brought to my life.
I have been coming here for over a year and have learned so much about myself. Tori is very understanding and works with your schedule. I would recommend this place to family and friends.
Communication to book an appointment is almost non existent. I filled out the forms, sent emails, and even left an urgent message, but no one called me back or responded to my emails to set up an actual appointment. Our first contact was 1/1, when I gave insurance info, and I gave the availability asked for on 1/3 (following a 1/3 email asking for availability) - then, I left an urgent messages on 1/5, and I still did not get a response for setting up an appointment date by the evening of 1/9. Tori is a wonderful listener. She provides deep insight although while allowing you to recognize your truth. Tori's has a non bias approach that allows for one to not only open up but then she provides one with tools to understand the cause of their root issues. She is also, gentle when she needs to be and firm when it's time to be. I highly recommend her for couples counseling.
