I worked with *********************** for a total roof replacement on my 22 year old home. I had two other bids, all within a few hundred dollars of each other, but chose Magnolia because I had used them many years ago for some minor repairs and **** impressed me the most of the three individuals that I received estimates from. They charged me $5000 to ruin my roof. The work they did was so badly done, 10 extra feet had to be repaired and I had 3" of water in my formal living room. The insurance company agreed and the new company who repaired the botched repair took pics before and after. The before pics made me sick that someone would do this. My ceiling and wall are now damaged badly, however, I am a recent widow who is terminally ill and used most of my checking to pay for the roof repair. I recently had my roof repaired by Magnolia Roofing and found their services very prompt, professional and well above and beyond satisfactory. The team there were always extremely courteous and helpful with any questions and I especially liked the personal communications and thank you from the owner...great service and quality! I would recommend them for any roofing service you may need.
