It will be a year in September that we moved in. The first few days of living here we noticed lots of issues. The paint job sucks. Barely looks like 2 coats of paint were used through the house. Maybe the dinning and office got two coats but the rest doesn’t look like it. Door knobs in kitchen were on the wrong doors. I had 2 pages single spaces typed of issues after the 1 month inspection, 2 more single spaces typed pages after the 6 month inspection. We had a great experience working with Nick Spindola while touring homes. He was incredibly patient and thorough during the tour, and always quick to answer our questions. He really went out of his way to advocate for us and help explore every possible option. Although we ultimately decided to hold off for now, we’re truly grateful for all the time and effort he put in. Thanks again Nick!
