Crooks, do not rent from them, they will charge you for trimming and mowing, even before you move out, without telllng you that they did it, charge you for cleaning a house that wasn't even cleaned when I moved in, air filter, which I changed in the move out month, e.t.c, all of these charges add up with a balance due...LMAO, good thing money is not a problem...I just hope they go belly up soon. If there was a negative star, I'd give them -100
My daughter stayed at one of the Magnolia Avenue apartments near the Auburn Police and Fire Station managed by Magnolia Realty. It was a wonderful place that gave my family a sense of value, safety, and peace. The staff at Magnolia Realty were professional, friendly, and responsive.
