Constant texting back and forth. The same "AI" questions and replies given. Four or Five times I was assured that I would be contacted by "Colin." Colin never called; no one called me back about about viewing properties - about anything. I called and spoke with someone in the office. She apologized, inquired about the things answered in 8 different texts, but still no service. No progress. Offensive and unprofessional. I don't want to rent from this kind of management.
Working with Magnolia realty has been an extremely pleasant experience. I purchased a condo with Colin Dunbar as the listing agent back in 2020. Magnolia then managed the tenant experience, leasing, subleasing, and numerous other services over the next 5 years. Colin then helped prep the condo for sale in 2026 with advice on remodels and updates, as well as setting up contractors, cleaning services, and painters. Crooks, do not rent from them, they will charge you for trimming and mowing, even before you move out, without telllng you that they did it, charge you for cleaning a house that wasn't even cleaned when I moved in, air filter, which I changed in the move out month, e.t.c, all of these charges add up with a balance due...LMAO, good thing money is not a problem...I just hope they go belly up soon. If there was a negative star, I'd give them -100
