I wasn't impressed. I put in an offer and the Magnolia agent said she never received it, even though her email address was correct. Then when I text her our offer, she said they had another offer coming in. We asked for an answer the next morning, she said she was busy with meetings and the Sellers couldn't answer until 24 hours later. We had to track her down the next afternoon to find out the status of our offer. She was awful about responding. I wouldn't use them for that reason.
I recently purchased a townhouse in Waco using Kaitlyn Cates. We spent a couple months off and on looking at houses on line and saw some in person too, but nothing was what we were looking for. Kaitlyn was obviously paying attention to our conversations as she found exactly what we were looking for and we saw it the day it hit the market. It was the one we were waiting for! We couldn't be happier with our purchase
