I wasn't impressed. I put in an offer and the Magnolia agent said she never received it, even though her email address was correct. Then when I text her our offer, she said they had another offer coming in. We asked for an answer the next morning, she said she was busy with meetings and the Sellers couldn't answer until 24 hours later. We had to track her down the next afternoon to find out the status of our offer. She was awful about responding. I wouldn't use them for that reason.

Waco is where the out of towners think they can buy properties, slap some paint on, and sell it for 3× ths value. Without ever stepping foot in Waco. Y'all buyin houses in the ghetto. We're not that stupid. And if a tourist is, we'll run em out🤷♀️ bye Felicia.

I recently purchased a townhouse in Waco using Kaitlyn Cates. We spent a couple months off and on looking at houses on line and saw some in person too, but nothing was what we were looking for. Kaitlyn was obviously paying attention to our conversations as she found exactly what we were looking for and we saw it the day it hit the market. It was the one we were waiting for! Make future homeowners aware of the extreme property tax Waco and surrounding areas have compared to other states, including West Coast. Many homeowners losing their homes in this area, due to extremely high property tax. Moved to Waco, because of the show and have been so disappointed by the property tax, that is 4-5 x larger than, West Coast. :( Consumer...BEWARE
I love the way Magnolia helped my cousin a new home
we had a terrible experience selling a home with a Magnolia agent, leaving me traumatized and dismayed at this agent's disrespectful behaviour. i will never recommend the local office, i hope the company is more selective in who is allowed to represent their company in other areas.
