We bought a house from Nate about three years ago. Little did we know that he was part owner in the property that he sold us. While I can not prove he is part owner, he did mention it at the closing table to the seller. He was however the realtor for both Seller and Buyer. Should have known this was a conflict of interest. Come to find out the septic system in the house is trash. When we asked him about an inspection for the septic system he told us they did not do that in Florida. Dim room team with magnolia now for over 6 years. Never had any problems or confrontations with the owners other than their road needs to be paved. The owner of the park paved about a third of the way into it and now the entrance and the bottom part of the road need to be fixed it's like driving over the Grand canyon and some spots. But when it comes to magnolia never had a problem if something breaks or doesn't work it's easy to call Nate at magnolia and he'll send somebody out to fix it as soon as the same day or next day ... read more
