I've been living here for 4 years and have only good things to say about living at Magnolia Ranch Apartments in McKinney, Texas! Karen the Property Manager is a sweet lady and very easy to work with. If you are considering moving here, simply do not. Let me start with the current state of the property and the actual apartments: *Roaches - they have sent an exterminator out to spray my apartment twice with NO success. The exterminator even told me that it is unlikely to completely resolve the problem. Disgusting and absolutely something that should keep you from moving here all by itself. *Trash - despite paying for "valet trash service", they routinely do not pick up your trash when it is set out on the appropriate da... read more
