I’ve lived here for 3 years, the management is always trying to improve all aspects of our community. Beautiful grounds, amenities are always being updated, and our maintenance team is fantastic. You will not find a better value with everything we have available anywhere in the metroplex. I will continue to be a resident in this wonderful neighborhood
I have been a resident here at magnolia ranch which was surrounded by a golf course at that time. That would be about 10 or 11 years now. I now have very quite neighbors which most the time I don't even know that they are around. The grounds are kept very clean and maintained. Maintenance does a very good job of fulfilling Maintenance on whatever you may need fixing. If you are considering moving here, simply do not. Let me start with the current state of the property and the actual apartments: *Roaches - they have sent an exterminator out to spray my apartment twice with NO success. The exterminator even told me that it is unlikely to completely resolve the problem.
