When we arrived to the office, it is extremely clean and brand new… The medical support was very courteous and thorough… When we met the nurse practitioner, she was absolutely fantastic. Google Maps took me to a location nextdoor on West Lake Houston Pkwy. This practice is in a one story office condo. There are a number of white stone office buildings. It is not in the tan/gray 2 story orthodontist/dentist building. (Hope Google Maps fixes this). Good experience. I connected with Tiffany fairly quickly. Doesn’t always happen with medical providers, especially in mental health. She took time to go over my history of what meds have worked and which ones did not. Money hungry and should not be in the business of mental health. 1) When I called for an appointment I was asked to send a copy of insurance card 3 times prior to scheduling any appointment. Having been in health care myself i do not appreciate this approach and hung up. My wife wanted to give the provider a shot so when they called back we scheduled the appointment. 2) I arrive with my child at 4:10pm 20 mins ahead of the scheduled appointment time. This location is very welcoming. My family and I enjoy going to this location. My son likes his doctor here.
This was a horrible experience. The MA at the front desk Stephany has the weirdest negative attitude. I never received the correct address. I showed up to the address at the Google address. Only to end up at the wrong location. I got to the location at 4:16 and apparently they stop seeing patients at 4:15 even thought I was on the phone. Letting them know I was on my way. Just to find out my insurance was never verified. After going through all the loop holes and wasting time off at work. I was unable to be seen. Ridiculous ... read more
