Too out of the way. I had to drive clear across Houston. Bad traffic the whole way. Not their fault; service was fine, but having to do that just to be able to wean off my meds properly is kinda messed up. Had an office close to me but it just got closed. Hour and a half drive. Just like that and nobody warns ya or tells ya how this might effect you day just like I don't know or care how people rate me or what they think.
Detailed and caring Ariana and Ashiki very professional and caring I couldn’t have made it to where I am without the patience and understanding I am truly grateful forever.
I called to have a appointment switched from in person to virtual with Katherine and Ariana was able to do that very quickly for me without any hassle
Alex C is wonderful. I have spoken to him a few times ro schedule or get info for appointments and he has always gone above and beyond to try and find the best times and type of appointment that I need, and you never have to wait days to weeks to get that appointment, they're really good at getting you in ASAP
I have met with a few Psychiatrists from this office and they have all been very helpful and caring. The onboarding/admin staff are great and helpful (shoutout to Marco who is amazing every time I call). They do a good job and seem to actually care, which is refreshing.
