New management and owner have TOTALLY turned this place around. Great to see someone cares about their tenants.
I can’t recommend this company enough! Very trusting and friendly staff. Always helpful in any work orders and very responsive when I need them. It’s really hard to find a good landlord so switching to this company was the best thing ever!!! Five stars from me!

This honestly has been the best property management company I have ever been connected to. I have lived in 6 different states over the past 6 years, and Magnolia Property Management HANDS DOWN takes the national cake! All of the staff respond in such a considerate and professional manner, and handle requests and inquiries super quick! My roommates and I LOVE the home we are renting and a large part of that is because of how it's being managed. Would recommend 10 out of 10.
