They have really went down since when my grandma first move in about 9 years ago I really miss old management. But I can say they really trying to improve.
God bless all the hurricane victims in this awful complex! I lived there for 5 years. it was so nice when I moved in. wny didn't own it then. one day I was paying my rent to them. after that. no more pool.. they were coming in my apartment whenever they choose. I hate that place. I'm praying for the victims in this. they also sent me a bill for 6,000 dollars worth of damages. come on pos. that Larry will come in your place when you are a sleep he drinks really bad. at night he gets really drunk and will come in your unit. fo... read more
This is the worst place I have ever lived!! Two months after moving in, they filled in the pool and put up a basketball court. There was also NEVER a gym or usable laundry facility. Maintenance was horrible! And don't get me started on the roach infestation! After Hurricane Michael, we were given a 72hr notice to vacate. I am so glad to be out of there!!!!
Magnolia is Great! The maintenance man gets it done. The people are friendly , and apartments spacious. Great mix of people that love to be social.
I would not recommend this place , My Mom , Daugther and Grandchildren live there . It is hard for them to get help with something that missed up it took almost 2 months for them to fix there Air Conditioner . I would not want the Owners to be able to just walk in at any time, that's Ridiculous .

I do not recommend moving into these apartments... They advertise differently then what they supply.... customer service is at an all time low... Cop car always sitting in parking lot; Signs posted all over property saying surveillance but no cameras are working... Twice this week already we have things stolen... Oh and that fact that they enter your home without word or warning.... Wouldn't do that again if I were you!!!! Even if your homeless you're better off anywhere but here!
