Tyler did an incredible job of explaining the options for our plumbing issues (both toilets downstairs ended up needing to be replaced). I didn’t feel pressured to choose one option over the other. He also did a wonderful job of preparing me for the possibility of other issues that could cost more, and he answered all of my questions. I appreciate that he gave me upfront pricing, as well. Tyler was awesome. Explained the issue i was having. Made the repair in a timely matter. Cleaned up after he was finished. Answered all my questions and recommended the product I needed and how to start using it. I highly recommend Magnolia Plumbing and will use them in the future. A shout out to Kimberly as well. She is definitely the right person answering the phone and scheduling service.

I had a great experience with Magnolia Plumbing! Tyler was the technician who came out to fix a broken valve on our toilet, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He arrived right on time, was professional and courteous, and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. He explained everything clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s such a relief to have a trustworthy plumbing company I can count on—thank you, Tyler and Magnolia Plumbing! Highly recommend!

Tyler with Magnolia Plumbing was great, he was courteous and professional. We're in the middle of kitchen remodel. (New deeper sink requires drain line to be moved lower). He answered all my questions and explained the plumbing work needed and why, and what our options were. I'm looking forward to them executing the plan. We had a pipe leaking in our house, and so Tyler came out to make the diagnosis and he was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. And John and Tyler came to fix everything, they were both so kind and easy to talk to and worked really hard and efficiently to fix the pipe. John took the time to make sure my husband and I didn’t have any more questions before he left. They even cleaned everything and made it spotless!! We are so incredibly thankful for everything they did for us!
