Me and my husband were going to rent from here back in the beginning of December 2019. The woman at the desk would tell us that if we put a $500 deposit down nobody could take the apartment out from under us. And even once we put the deposit down they would give it back within 3 days of you changing your mind. So we got approved and was excited but the woman at the desk calls me and tells me that the price is not longer $995 that when you get approved it goes up to $1,100. I enjoyed staying here! It was very quiet, very close to school, and my neighbors were nice. The apartment was also very spacious.
