I like to say a great big ty to all the staff it has made my time here the best it could be everyone has been encouraging and very helpful in would recommend this place to anyone just want to say tank you from my heart to all the staff they have went over and beyond there duty to make me as comfortable as could be ty you all
Terrible things have been happening in this place, the pictures I've seen are terrible...
My great grandmother is being treated like shit while shes been there i cant wait to.get her out of that hell! Theres pictures we posted of her with bed sores and a broken wrist. fuck this place! shut it down!!!
To be frank, I'm surprised and disgusted that this horrendous place is still legally able to be in the primary care of so many poor individuals who have the misfortune of being homed in such a nightmarish hell hole. It's very evident that the residents in this facility are severely neglected. There are even photos circulating of YOUR residents with bed sores and neglected oral care. BEYOND TERRIBLE!!!!!! My grandmother had to stay in this deplorable place for months. She fell so many times we lost count. She had bed sores and bruises all over her body, and even broke a wrist in one of the many falls. On our last visit, we sat in her room for over an hour before we even seen a nurse. The nurses are extremely rude and neglectful to not only the residents, but to their families as well. They have had throw up right in front of the door for about a week now and I have told SEVERAL workers about it. It's a health risk and a fall risk. Very trashy and disgusting. Would NEVER put my family in a place that gives so little about what their image looks like. #dobetter
