Do not care what makes the residents happy! Poor service overpriced for the care they give.
Worked here for 14 months as a nurse (I have 26 years of experience with outstanding job history not working less thAn 10 years at any of my previous employers). The care at Magnolia Place is substandard.. Rampant medication errors that go unreported, most staff is incompetent, supervision is poor, facility looks good ,nice furnishings but lacks management that actually care about residents or hold staff accountable.
