So unfortunately I had to edit my review and do the exact opposite. My aunt used to work here and she was definitely the best part of this place and unfortunately we had a horrible experience today. My wife made a mistake and didn't realize she didn't need the amoxicillin that was given to us for the dog that was slightly over $200 and as soon as she walked out she tried to walk right back in to get a refund and they refused. I am horrified with the hidden agenda of this organization (which is to take advantage of people in order to increase sales and profits). Unfortunately I have should have spoken earlier but I really didn't believe the stories I have heard (from a former employee) but today I experienced it first hand. I took my pup in for an exam of his paw, they specifically asked me if there was anything else I was concerned with and I said no. I’m absolutely shocked at how inconsiderate and careless this vet is. I’ve been taking my dogs here since the first dog I ever owned which was actually put down by Dr. Barbier. I’m now starting to question and regret not getting a 2nd option. Fast forward to NOW I brought my baby boy in to check out his ear hematoma. They told me it could possibly be from allergies and convinced me to give him a cytopoint shot for allergies without doing any tests or knowing 100% that we’re not just giving him a shot for no reason.
