I cannot recommend Dr. Ochmond and Magnolia Pediatrics highly enough! From the moment we walked in 10 years ago, the staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Ochmond is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about her patients. To Tricare patients: I have been experiencing ongoing issues due to the office’s lack of understanding regarding TRICARE insurance. When I scheduled my son’s first appointment, I was informed that your practice was in-network. In reality, while you accept TRICARE, you are not part of the provider network. Because of this, when we were referred to a specialist, I received a large bill as Magnolia Pediatrics could not be assigned as my son’s Primary Care Manager. My daughter and I LOVE Dr. West! They are the best! Dr. West and her nurses truly love and care about kids!
We love Magonlia Pediatrics and Dr. Louque! We can always get an appointment when needed and they take us back very quickly! I always have lots of questions and she takes the time to answer every question I have throughly and give me my options. I feel like she supports decision I make as a mother and gives me encouragement when I need it! We love this practice!
