This place is crawling with roaches!! The matience is very poor. I had to threaten to report them to get a major leak in my bathroom fixed after 3 months of asking them to fix it. I can not cook without roaches crawling on my counters and utensils...Don't move here unless you have nowhere else to go!!!!
In the 6 years I have been at Magnolia Park. This past year has been the best ever! The woman they have in the office now really care about the people that are here and wants to make it a better place. There is little to no more people hanging out. It is very peaceful and quiet now. Maint. has been great with getting things down in a timely manner. I couldnt have a better place to live. Besides I dont have to spend the gas going to the grocery store when there is one across the street. I recommond this place to anyone.
Cussing and fussing in the parking lot all the time. The parking lots are hang out places for the kids who refuse to move out of the way when youre coming and going. Management doesnt care enough to do anything. Management attitude is if you dont like it move.The best thing about this place is it is walking distance from Food Lion.
Boring meeting. To many people has key to your door. To many people around your door or window at night.
Only if you have NO where else – You have to weave around people standing in the parking lot. "Staff" is part of the problem, no rules enforced. Police surround buildings looking for that guy who's gf is housing him, "staff" never return a phone call, in day light it's calm and nice but it comes to life when the sun goes down. Three days late with your rent adds $100.00.
This housing has a lot of crime. Most residents know about it and don't care as long as they are not the victims. The office does not care either. The police drive through sometimes. The groups of men who stand around the parking lot don't care about police and police don't care what they're doing all times of morning. So mainly this is a housing for crime.
