New management seems to be making a strong effort to get things turned around from what this place used to be.
So I called to ask about getting some information on the rental process and a lady named Katie assisted me and she acted like she was too good to even answer any of my questions,in regards to credit and what options this place had and acted snubby like I couldn't afford to live there... lol wierd... Anyway worst customer service I got in my life.
This was just the worst experience ever🫤 i WILL tell you everything First: we gave a recommendation to someone and they DID NOT give US the $500, Second: to many cocroaches. Lilly, Lexi, and Katie, are awesome in the office! What a change here onsite! Pool is working and GYM looks great!
NOISE: Perry 81 apartments' main failure is noise mitigation - Neighbor noise from poor insulation - Allowing electric instruments (bass guitar) - Lax on loud speaker noise outside quiet hours - Train noise from a nearby railway - Lack of a general noise clause in lease agreement If you value quiet living, this is a serious consideration.
