I was added to someone’s lease secondarily, And when the lease was up and I planned on moving out. Not only did they refuse to send me my rental history information to apply for other locations, after calling and sending emails about getting a release form / giving my 60 day notice of departure, They sneakily sent me an email for A LEASE RENEWAL and completely ignored my notice of departure. This place/lease is horrible they expected me to pay out of my own pocket to get the carpet professionally cleaned when moving out but when I moved in that place was really dirty they never fixed any issues before moving couple months after I started seening rats which they took almost a month to come and close the whole A/C when out twice in 6 months toilet stopped working water leaks under the sink that caused mold one time maintenance came to fix something and they used my bathroom I don't recommend
Maintenence requests go unanswered for over a month... apartment conditions look slapped together. Half the gym equipment is broken. The pool still isn't open in July. I don't have much of a reason to renew my lease. Edit: moving out soon. Same issues for 2 years. They dont have records of my walk through from my first move in. Maintenance crew works hard but is so overloaded requests go months without answer. I dont blame the guys, they're trying. They need more help.
Perry 81 is by far the worst experience I’ve had in an apartment. The maintenance workers are awful, they have not correctly fixed one problem we’ve had since we’ve moved in. Old water damage that was plastered over leaks constantly, we’ve had mold in our bathroom as a result, and no matter how many times they show up to fix a problem it’s never fixed properly. The maintenance crew is putting band aids over bullet holes and calling it good. Do not move here if you would like to have a properly functioning apartment
We are going to have a baby in november and we do not like the cockroaches and babies eat things they find bath is moldy and my wife and 9 year old daughter tried to clean it, and it didn't even work We have been living here and my kid's room was leaking to many noisy neighbors upstairs people jump, play, run, put loud music like at 1 am none of us could sleep like at 1:30 we were starting to sleep once they jumped so loud it woke us up at 4 am, like we had like 16 complains and and they almost come in a week please fix. if ... read more
