Renting here was one of the worst decisions ever. Everything constantly broke down, toilets leaking, kitchen flooding from neigbors showering, rotten boards with black mold and when you call maintenance they only fix half of it and call it good. It seems cheap but not worth the trouble. And when you move out, they make you pay for the dumbest things just to suck more money out of you. I went for an apartment tour that I had scheduled through their website. They said they “aren’t seeing me on their schedule and told me to reschedule.” That is what it is; however, we began talking about pricing options. I was looking for pricing options for a 2 bed 2 bath. The leasing consultant proceeded to show me apartments $200 MORE than what they actually advertised. Having residents live without heat for the entire winter is CRAZY. Doing absolutely nothing to fix it. “Maybe get some space heaters”. Especially during the snow storm this weekend?? Residents living without heat should be getting a discount on their rent or not pay at all because obviously the complex isn’t holding up their end of the contract, why should the resident??? Renters have rights!!!!
No heat currently for tenants.
They have left some of their tenants WITHOUT ANY RUNNING HEAT in 2025-26. Just a reminder that the temps outside are running at lows around -3 degrees. The apartments are not insulated and drafty because there's cold wind coming into the "home" via the electrical outlets.
