Living here has honestly become frustrating. My girlfriend has been the one dealing with most of the communication with the office, and I’ve watched her contact maintenance and management over and over trying to get basic problems in our apartment taken care of. The ceiling situation alone has gotten ridiculous. 1 STAR — I would give zero stars if I could. I am writing this review because I am completely fed up with the way maintenance issues are handled at this property. I have been reporting problems with my apartment since August 2, 2026, and instead of actually resolving the issue, maintenance requests have repeatedly been marked as “Work Completed” when the work was NOT completed.
