Perry 81 is by far the worst experience I’ve had in an apartment. The maintenance workers are awful, they have not correctly fixed one problem we’ve had since we’ve moved in. Old water damage that was plastered over leaks constantly, we’ve had mold in our bathroom as a result, and no matter how many times they show up to fix a problem it’s never fixed properly. The maintenance crew is putting band aids over bullet holes and calling it good. Do not move here if you would like to have a properly functioning apartment
We are going to have a baby in november and we do not like the cockroaches and babies eat things they find bath is moldy and my wife and 9 year old daughter tried to clean it, and it didn't even work We have been living here and my kid's room was leaking to many noisy neighbors upstairs people jump, play, run, put loud music like at 1 am none of us could sleep like at 1:30 we were starting to sleep once they jumped so loud it woke us up at 4 am, like we had like 16 complains and and they almost come in a week please fix. if ... read more

I toured this facility and had the best experience. Monny Starr showed me around and she was so kind , educated , and helpful! I’ve toured many places and she is my favorite that I’ve ever had! She is such a people person and she made me want to lease these apartment's more than anything! She is definitely in the right career.
Es el peor lugar donde hemos vivido mi familia , uno habla y habla a la oficina y no solucionan nada cuando uno habla lo dejar hablando solo , tengo un año que Vivo aquí y no me han Arreglado nada de lo que me entregaron en mal estado este apartamento , las mujeres de la oficina son unas racistas estoy cansada de estar diciendoles que hacer con su trabajo , los de mantenimiento no vienen a nada ,más este lugar es muy caro y no sirve para nada . Esto no se merece ni una Estrella ni nada regalando el dinero estamos !!!
