First visit. Staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful. Wait wasn't long. Dr was very nice and knowledgeable. Took care of me personally. I will be back.
My recent visit with Dr. Frazier at Magnolia Orthopaedics was extremely disappointing and honestly very upsetting. My husband was with me and witnessed everything that took place. I was first seen by the nurse practitioner, Brittany Bryant. She asked whether the next step should be physical therapy or at-home exercises. We stood in line for 10 minutes waiting to be checked in while the receptionist carried on a conversation. There was other people in line as well. We ended up leaving and will find another place to go.
