They deny any and everybody for whatever reason they choose. Even if you qualify for a property and have the background they’re looking for. They do want they want. Ok cool it’s their business but literally for one property they denied 10 Applicants.Everyone does not have an issue but yet they were denied.. Sounds like to me they’re just collecting application money. Wasting time.
Horrible Property Management, the renters destroyed our home. Magnolia Realty wrote it off as fair wear and tear.
I am a home owner and have being with Magnolia since 2017. Before I was very unhappy with the service I was getting from them. Recently there was a change in ownership and Melissa and Jim are the new owners. Omg this has made such a great difference in the kind of service from Magnolia One!!
