Messed up my Nexplanon removal so badly that it bled for days. She tried to tell me I had a bleeding disorder instead of accepting responsibility. Thank goodness I switched doctors because I moved. Next time with new doctor went much smoother and made me realize just how incompetent the lady who did my first one was…yikes.
Dr. Klaerner and the staff at Magnolia were awesome! From when I first set foot in the clinic, the front desk staff greeted me warmly setting an inviting atmosphere. It was my first ever well woman exam and Dr. Klaerner set a very calm and safe environment, explaining all the steps in detail with me. I felt very cared for and recommend Magnolia to anyone looking for a new OBGYN!
I was referred to Dr Lindsey Jackson by my PCP on 06/02/2025 I was then scheduled an appointment on 06/12/2025 for 08/19/2025 then on 08/15/2025 I received a phone call that Friday from the office asking can I come in 08/18/2025 that Monday at 1:30 Then I received another phone call on 08/15/2025 from the office manager saying that my insurance is not in network 🤔 mind you I've been waiting since the beginning of June for this office visit. Today was my very first visit in the office. Dr Jackson is absolutely incredible!! Her staff was very friendly & professional. I completed all of my paperwork online so when I got to the office, I was able to just be seated. I waited only about 10 mins then I was called back. I waited again less than 10 minutes & Dr. Jackson was in the room to start her evaluation. She addressed every concern I had with sincerity & compassion 😭 it was almost unreal.
