To whom it may concern, I’m a loyal customer that is emailing because I want to express how much I enjoy getting services at your establishment but I do have a concern. Really disappointed with customer care here. I go every 2 weeks like clockwork. My nail techs (Jenni and Yolanda) were out. No one volunteers to do my nails or tries to accommodate the absence of my nail tech. While the establishment is clean, I don't want to go to a place that doesn't want to service a long-time customer whose $ they can count on every 2 weeks. I went here to get an acrylic fill in w/gel and polish change on toenails w/gel. The guy did my nails and they were too thick and wide even after I ask him to file them down twice. Then charges me the price of a basic pedicure for just a polish change on my toes. He didn’t even file/buff or clean around the cuticles of my toenails just polish them. I let him know I was not pleased. I tried filing my nails some more when I got home and they still are too thick and wide. I disputed and I want be going back here.
Horrible Service, terrible quality of work and quality of staff has plummeted. The male technician doing my pedicure had very offensive breath, so bad I could smell through his mask. He got detox charcoal lotion on my clothing, and soaked my nails, then proceeded to tell me it would be a 40 minute wait after my pedicure was done for my nails to be completed.
