I went in at around 2:30 on Monday. They were NOT busy at all. She was so fast with my manicure, my cuticles are still horrible! She painted my nails, I finished my pedi and got a eyebrow wax, sat under the nail dryer so total about 25 minutes to dry my nails. The nail tech checked my nail said they were dry.. nope.. they are horrible!!!!! Not dry after a hour. I got home and they were still messing up. The polish was so thick. Beautiful lobby and wonderful staff!
I walked in and let the receptionist know that I wanted a full set with a french manicure and a pedicure with shellac and also have my toes match my fingers with a french pedicure. I told 4 people at different times exactly what I wanted and no one listened. I finally gave up after telling Tom, my nail guy that I wanted a full set with a shellac french manicure and he proceeded to give me a simple manicure. I have been getting mani/pedicures for 40 years and have never seen such....I don't even know the word...ineptness. The... read more
Jason is absolutely phenomenal. Best pedicure I’ve gotten in years. Took his time made sure I was comfortable the whole way through and do not get me started on this man’s foot massage. Omg coming back weekly 🤣
