I used to go here to get regular mani and pedi but recently I’ve been dabbling in gel because I’ve finally grown my nails stronger and healthier than they have been. Last month I went to get my nails done and asked for regular gel and they said that was fine. While they were doing my toes one of my toenails done was broken so the lady was like I’ll do hard gel and I asked her only on that one and she said yes. Consistently excellent, caring technicians (especially Chiu, who does a great job periodically rescuing my tennis toenails); unfailingly polite staff. Very good at what they do. I'm a happy client.

My nail technician insisted that simply hand buffing my nails was a $5 up charge for my manicure. I’ve never paid extra in over 20 years of manicures! French tip, yes. Buff, no. In addition, the base coat she used on my toenails left a white residue around my cuticle. Previous pedicures the polish was dry, poorly painted and chipped easily. I won’t be back.

Came to this place once again to get a gel mani and pedi. I feel for the amount they charge, there services are rushed and sloppy. As I was getting my eyebrows done, I told the tech my color on nails was lighter than toes. So I wanted them the same shade and color. So Today I had to tell nail tech to redo my mani gel color to match my toes and she rushed thru it and was upset. Did not respond when I said thank you.
