Kelly the nail technician was above and beyond. Kind and understanding. I'll be back to her sometime soon.
I usually don’t bother commenting, but this was do bad i couldn’t help myself. Also worth zero stars. Tory didn’t even say hello-started rushing. When i said i could go elsewhere if she was in a hurry she grumbled. Worst manicure I’ve ever had!! She kept making excuses, when i said, “you’re the professional…!!” I should have left. I will never go back there again. Plus the place is so-so clean. The Huntersville location much better!

My mom and I took my three year-old here for her first ever nail spa adventure! Sadly, the staff was extremely rude to not only me and my mom but also my three-year-old. They didn’t acknowledge her whenever she was speaking to them and the only time they spoke to her is when they said, “try not to move.“ They never even smiled at her and were clearly annoyed they had to take a kid as a client.
