Came to this place once again to get a gel mani and pedi. I feel for the amount they charge, there services are rushed and sloppy. As I was getting my eyebrows done, I told the tech my color on nails was lighter than toes. So I wanted them the same shade and color. So Today I had to tell nail tech to redo my mani gel color to match my toes and she rushed thru it and was upset. Did not respond when I said thank you. So I went in for a quick emergency wax and had a service that left a bad taste in my mouth. For starters, I’ve been getting my chin wax in Charlotte, North Carolina since I was in high school. I usually am charged these days around $15-$20 max. I made an appointment, arrived on time .I waited 45 minutes, but my pedicurist never showed up for work. I had to find another place to get my pedicure and nails done.

I usually don’t bother commenting, but this was do bad i couldn’t help myself. Also worth zero stars. Tory didn’t even say hello-started rushing. When i said i could go elsewhere if she was in a hurry she grumbled. Worst manicure I’ve ever had!! She kept making excuses, when i said, “you’re the professional…!!” I should have left. I will never go back there again. Plus the place is so-so clean. The Huntersville location much better!
