Our experience has been excellent. The office staff are very nice. The office itself is warm, inviting, and lovely. Our provider, Sadie, has been phenomenal. She has taken time to thoroughly assess my child, has offered thoughtful insight, and has come up with a plan that is working well for us, and continues to follow-up to make sure any concerns are addressed. We are so grateful.

They report everywhere that they take my insurance however they don't take it and they are extremely long with wait lists

Holly only cares about the money she can make off of her clients and not their actual wellbeing. After insurance changes caused us to temporarily suspend service she has been exceedingly difficult to work with. Making it extremely difficult to get refills in the interim & charging us fees for paperwork and then refusing to fill out the paperwork without a clinical evaluation which she knows we can not do because of being on state insurance. I am so grateful to Vickie and Holly for the wonderful services they have provided to me. I have witnessed Holly's empathetic moments with her clients and she is the one who referred me to Vickie.
