I have been coming here for 2 1/2 years and I love the beauty of this place both physically and in the hearts of the staff. From administration, nurses, medtechs, caregivers, chefs, and custodial. Each one brings a warmth and attention to detail that makes me feel good about the care for those I love who reside there.
If my mom had full memory functionality, she would have loved choosing this place for herself. After extensive review, we are incredibly grateful to have found Pam and Magnolia in Flower Mound. Safety, security, cleanliness, and personal attention were our top priorities. Director Pamela Ervin went above and beyond, helping us every step of the way and continues to help us navigate challenges as mom changes phases in her journey dealing with dementia.
