Very disappointed in office staff. We have been waiting six weeks for papers Dr Goel is to sign for our son to finish his immigration papers. I have called, son had called we have been hung up on and told repeatedly that the doctor had other patients our sons family is the only one. etc. I was called rude when I was not! ( I definitely could be rude I’d need be! ) All our son had to do was go to health department to get vaccines they did not offer there, then doctor sign the four forms they have. Unbelievable!
Great place with genuine people who really listen and care. I have been a patient since March and I’m convinced this team is one of the best around the city
I’ve been going to Caraline Walker for a long time now and it’s always been a great experience. She truly cares about her patients! Thank you for always being so kind ☺️
